I injured my peck a week prior to competing at the Granite Games and was not even able to do a pull-up 2 days out. Matt scheduled me for an emergency treatment and referred me to Justine for massage therapy and taping while at the competition. They are miracle workers. Not only was I able to manage single mups, ttb, rope climbs, and swinging from rings, but my rx team of 3 ended up in 15th overall. Thank you both for taking such great care of me!

After a chronic injury (partially torn hip ligament) I thought I was just going to be in pain forever (or at least until I had hip surgery). I decided to try out The Center of Movement as a last resort and am so glad that I did! I have been hip pain free for over 5 months and am so thankful for Dr. Matt's approach to Foundation Training. It has allowed me to not only move better but also has taught me techniques to use at home to improve my mobility. I would highly recommend Dr. Matt!

Dr. Matt and the Center of Movement have given me a lot. Yes, I have received awesome care and through this care I have gained mobility and let go of daily pain. I have gained a greater capacity as a runner, yogi, fitness ambassador and facilitator. I have formed new friendships and professional connections with people I have met through the tribe of people that the Center have brought together. Mostly though, I have gained knowledge and confidence in understanding my body, the mechanics and responsibility I have in maximizi... read more

Working an office job sitting at a desk all day, after 10 years my body is finally feeling the effects. I recently got to a point where my neck was so stiff from my poor computer posture. I could barely move it side to side more than a couple of inches without almost breaking down into tears from the pain. After seeing Dr. Matt just once, my movement improved by 90% and the pain had deminished just as much! I didn't leave just feeling better, but left with a plan of techniques that I could do at home to ensure I continued to... read more
