I’ve seen Dr Suchy & Dr. Patari and am impressed by their medical professionalism & knowledge. The care & concern they showed me is an indication of the way their staff treat patients.
I always receive excellent and courteous care at the office. Everyone from the front staff to the nurses, medical staff and doctors provide tender compassionate care. They understand how to assist patients and are very helpful with appointment scheduling. By far, the best medical team care, I’ve ever received!
4/3/13 my appointment was for 3:15. I arrived at 3:05. After waiting in reception for 45 minutes I was told it would be soon. After one hour nurse came to bring me to my room and I explained I had already waited one hour with a one year old who was done waiting. She told me I would still wait longer in the other room for doctor. Without a care at all, the women at the front desk gladly refunded my co-pay and sent me on my way. They really didn t care at all.
