If you are looking for any help for issues that involve needing a rheumatologist then please do NOT go to Saratoga rheumatology. Nobody ever picks up the phone nor do they return any messages left in any kind of timeframe. They don’t even answer the phone when a PCP is calling them. This place is extremely unprofessional in this way and I would not recommend anyone using them. We will be going back to Albany as they always had someone answering the phone to tend to patient needs.
This office is unreachable. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails. What is a person supposed to do when their lab results show an autoimmune disorder, but they can't make an appointment to figure out what it is or how to treat it?? Who is in charge of this place? How is staff allowed to just not do their job?
This place is amazing. They take good care of you here.
Waited 6 months to get in. Saw the nurse practioner once. When the lab results came back, it was clear that her guess was correct...sjogrens syndrome. I left 6 messages over the following week. No response. Finally gave up and sought out another doctor not connected to this practice.
