Would give them zero stars if I could. They simply DO NOT answer the phone. Everything gets bumped to voicemail. They never return calls. I changed insurance, need a prior authorization for my medication, which I was supposed to get Aug 25th, has been delayed twice to Sept 4th, because they haven't contacted insurance to give them the authorization! Negligent and unprofessional. Desperately trying to find a new rheumatologist that doesn't have terrible reviews.
Reception was rude and unhelpful. Takes weeks, and if you call back, they don't answer.
They are very detailed and thorough as well as caring. They are thr ones to originally diagnose me.
This is not a facility that cares about your health. This place was extremely rude on the phone. They're not on digital, fax only, they never pickup the phone when you call AND are booking NINE months out!!! Look elsewhere!!
If you are looking for any help for issues that involve needing a rheumatologist then please do NOT go to Saratoga rheumatology. Nobody ever picks up the phone nor do they return any messages left in any kind of timeframe. They don’t even answer the phone when a PCP is calling them. This place is extremely unprofessional in this way and I would not recommend anyone using them. We will be going back to Albany as they always had someone answering the phone to tend to patient needs.
