I had an appointment this morning as I was referred by my PCP. After standing in line for 30 minutes, just to check in, which was excruciatingly painful, hence the reason I was referred, I checked in, was given a over copied ( very sloppy and difficult to read), form to fill out, then returned to my seat. There was an older couple sitting there who told me the doctor I was waiting for was very behind. Their appointment was at 9:00 and it was 11:45 before they were called into a room. Very professional atmosphere, Dr.Belanger is really good !! He gave me options and made me feel comfortable , I am going quite often between injections and surgery great doctor.
