I worked with him, I liked!!
I came here twice for wisdom teeth extractions, and both experiences were excellent. Dr. Rowshan is highly professional and truly the best surgeon. The staff is incredibly friendly. They call the day before and after surgery to check in, which I really appreciated. Summer was especially kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
My son’s appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am today Friday, August 29th. My son and I arrived to his appointment 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time . At 11:00 I asked the receptionist at what time they thought my son was going to be taken back and they told me 11:30 because they were running late. It wasn’t until 11:45 that my son finally got taken back. They made us wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before they brought my son back for his wisdom teeth removal.
Had a genuinely poor experience here during my consultation for wisdom teeth removal, and felt the staff (excluding technician!) unnecessarily patronizing. The doctor seemed irritated to answer basic questions about the procedure and anesthetic options, and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. Pricing is on the higher-side and ~$500 more than the similar in-network office I ended up choosing for my procedure. Giving 2-stars for the office alone since it's clean and convenient, but otherwise suggest you avoid!
I have had work done here before, all of which went great. But TODAY I had to go in for a small fix that was super fast and easy. At the end of the appointment, we went to take X-rays and I fainted mid-Ray 🤦🏻♀️. I’ve never passed out in public before this event, so I’m not sure what normally goes down, but I’m so glad I was there with these folks when it happened.
