Whoever was doing the phones today, their customer service for scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. When dealing with people who are dealing with life-threatening things such as blood clots you would think you’d be more compassionate and eager to help them get it figured out sooner than later. I guess I’ll go to the ER to get done what I already know needs to be done where you’re scheduling. Dept dropped the ball. I have a prescription and everything from my family Dr. Wishing you all a good day.
