A great experience at The Center for Endocrinology at Mercy, the ladies that greeted me were so nice and made me feel welcomed. Before I sat down, I was called back to see my doctor. When Dr. Le came in we talked casually at first, laughing and telling stories. Dr. Le put me at ease and explained everything to me while showing and pointing things out to me in the scan. Dr Glister took a good amount of time, about an hour, explaining my condition and proposed a treatment plan. The appointment was not rushed and I felt that she understood my concerns.
Both Dr. Rushovich and the staff were wonderful--prompt, friendly, responsive.
I wish someone from the doctor's office would have the courtesy to inform me that the doctor was running late instead of having me wait in the examining room with no explanation. I was there for at least a half-hour. It's just common courtesy. I had to leave because I had a viewing on the west side of town so I could not stay any longer.
