I've been a patient at the Tustin location for almost 2 years. The office is quite large, The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and kind. Jocelyn (office mgr) goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She's very helpful in explaining all the products. Jasmine (aesthetician) always does a great job with my facials and monthly dermaplanes. She's incredibly easy to talk to, and her treatments always leave me feeling relaxed. The best dermatologist office I have ever been to!!! The staff are so friendly and efficient, and Dr. Le is absolutely phenomenal. She really understands skin and skin maladies. I cannot recommend this office is highly enough!!
Had my first visit today. There was no wait time and the office was very nice and clean. The receptionist is bilingual and very helpful, all staff that spoke to me was very kind. I’m very hopeful that they will help my skin improve.
What a group! For over 6 years now they have kept me alive.
