They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They listened to everything I had to say and were able to answer all of my questions. I barely spent any time in the waiting room. I was seen very quickly.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this psychologist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. All of their advice was not only unbiased, but helpful. It was nice not to have a psychologist that pushed their opinion on me, but instead genuinely wanted to help ... read more

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this psychologist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this psychologist promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I felt much more comfortable in their office when I noticed how clean it was. I can get sick kind of easily sometimes, so it was nice to see that they took the time to regularly clean and sterilize their office. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Would you recommend this psychologist to others? I Already Have Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Overall, Dr. McKnight is just a good person to be around and he actually listens and gives great output unlike most therapists who just say "m'hmm" to everything.
