I have had multiple personal and couples therapists here over the last 3.5 years. The therapy here has been healing and transformational for me individually, for my son, my wife, and for my marriage. Thank you Monica, Ben, Justin, Melissa and Tim!
Center for Christian Counseling is amazing! They have been a huge blessing to my son and we are so grateful for everyone from billing to scheduling and of course the counseling staff as well.
The providers I've met with here have been professional, kind, and patient. They understand the complex junctions between walking in faith and living in a broken world.
We’ve been seeing providers at this location for almost a decade. Today was the last straw. Here are the issues, billing isn’t worked out ahead of time, so if an issue arises you could get an email like I received stating all visits for the last 6 months I’d be responsible for at a rate of $190 each. Wow! Seriously, then I receive a call that states oh we’ve been paid by insurance, go ahead and schedule appointments. This is the furthest from patient centered care.
