Today was my first day at this office and I must say Dr Tiffany was awesome her and her team they all answered and listened about my past history my visit was smooth abd not rushed thanks Tiffany

Do not waste time with these people trying to take an appointment as they take more than a month to even schedule an appointment which is out for another month. So It is basically half a year process and by then the patient is gone from the planet earth. The new patient coordinators are ridiculously slow.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jaiswal‘s since 2016 when she was in Arlington. I have followed her to Las Colinas, and now to Plano because of the amazing care and compassion that she has shown me throughout the years. Dr. Jaiswal works from a place of love, compassion, empathy, and has an astounding amount of knowledge without arrogance. Dr. Jaiswal has one of the biggest hearts. I am honored and blessed to be her patient.

*** FIND A CANCER CLINIC THAT ALLOWS VISITORS*** Texas Oncology allows a caregiver to come with you I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the current no-visitor policy that has been NEWLY enforced at your cancer clinic. Let me start off by saying the group in the Plano office are top notch. I couldn't be happier with the treatment my family member has received. But and it's a big one, the appointment notification system delivered by texting is horrendous. The notification "reminder" scheduling is only hours before the actual appointment and the message content is confusing as it will show multiple appointment times with no classification as to what each is for.
