Let me start off by saying the group in the Plano office are top notch. I couldn't be happier with the treatment my family member has received. But and it's a big one, the appointment notification system delivered by texting is horrendous. The notification "reminder" scheduling is only hours before the actual appointment and the message content is confusing as it will show multiple appointment times with no classification as to what each is for. Couldn't be more grateful or satisfied. Dr Thomas Heffernan was kind, thorough in our discussions and treated me with dignity. I had such confidence and for good reason. Surgery went smoothly. I appreciated and continue to appreciate his caring staff and answers to questions etc. Though this diagnosis was a worry there needn't have been. Dr Heffernan truly is an excellent surgeon and I've recommended him several times and will continue. If you've chosen him as your doctor, good job. Your concerns can be set aside.
