Stomach ulcer perforated and spread to the liver. 3 months after gastric surgery I had the ulcer. I have lived with taking carafate and dexilant this last 5 years. I finally had to search for a new surgeon and clinic. She did a scope and the ulcer was bleeding, deep and large. And I had hernia in the stomach from all the vomiting do to the ulcer. Yesterday i had revision surgery to fix this. I lost part of my liver and I have an extremely small small pouch because the ulcer had to be removed and cleaned up.
The doctors and staff saved my life.... Thank you Dr Kirk and Dr Varnell... if I could do it all again I would but sooner...
I hold a special place in my heart for the Bailey team they helped me make a positive change in my life! I couldn't have done it without them and I will always appreciate each one of them! Thank you.
