RecommendedIn the last few years I have spent three stays for rehab. I liked the care, OT, PT and accommodations.
So far the care is less than good. Can’t get around on his own... wait 15 minutes to get help to the bathroom. No one says hello when they come in the room... not one friendly smile all day.
Physical therapy dept.is awesome. Very kind and caring.
If you ever need rehabilitation, this is the place. Clean, friendly professional staff, excellent gourmet meals. It’s going to be hard to leave.
My experience at this center was unbelievable! It saddens me to think of the lack of respect and general concern of the patients wellbeing. If you have a loved one there especially if elderly I highly suggest you are involved in every aspect of their care. Unfortunately you will need to be very assertive as the management of this facility is not forth coming with information or responsive with compassion or professionalism. This is the nicest Skilled Nursing Facility you never want to go to. Seriously, this is a top notch facility with a professional, well trained staff. their care is superb. If you need skilled nursing facility, and have the option, go here.
The CNAs were fantastic. I was well cared for. They went above and beyond in my care. The physical and occupational therapy was regular and well planned. Meals were excellent.
The staff is a GREAT group of people working hard to care for others.
