I am an Austell Business owner as well. I stopped by the Cenacle after hearing nothing but positiveness about the establishment. As I entered the coffee shop I was greeted very warmly with a staff member, which is number one as far as customer service is concerned. My coffee was delicious. I give the Cenacle a 5 star rating which includes ATMOSPHERE, a great product and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go by and check them out and I promise you you won't be disappointed. The Cenacle is one of the best businesses in Austell. I love having it in the city and I think it is key in our community. Every time I go in there, the staff greets me with a smile, they are so courteous and warm! Again, I love the environment and the atmosphere is very welcoming!
