A fabulous hair salon. It is funky and fun! Very welcoming and accepting of all. The ladies and gents in there are great. Leanne never disappoints with my cuts and/or colours!
This salon cancelled my appointment without explanation and ignored my calls. Only after I followed up by email did I get any clarification. When I left an honest review about this unprofessional treatment, the owner threatened me and demanded I remove it, calling it “defamation.” I believe customers deserve transparency and respect, so I am leaving this review to highlight my experience.
I got my first colour in years along with a cut, and I couldn’t be happier! Leanne was so kind and professional throughout the whole experience. The consultation was really productive, she gave me space to share my ideas while also offering her own helpful input. This salon cancelled my appointment without notice or effort to provide alternatives. When I followed up, I was told my hair wasn’t “suitable” — a vague excuse that felt dismissive and discriminatory.
