This salon cancelled my appointment without notice or effort to provide alternatives. When I followed up, I was told my hair wasn’t “suitable” — a vague excuse that felt dismissive and discriminatory. Camille did an amazing job on my hair! She understood my vision, and worked beautifully with my curl pattern. <3 i highly recommend her if you have textured hair!
My stylist is Camille and she's amazing! She has innovative ideas about colour and cuts and will make your hairstyle dreams a reality. She has been so welcoming and understanding and I routinely see her for a platinum blonde root touch-up. I have quite dark natural hair and she has been able to give me platinum hair that is healthy and strong. I highly recommend booking with Camille!
I don't often write reviews, but I just had my second appointment at The Cellar and I feel the need to add my two cents. The Cellar isn't stuffy or pretentious like so many salons in the city and you get the sense that the staff genuinely enjoy working with one another; there's lots of laughter and chatting and little quips across the salon floor.
