This place is absolute garbage! 1st experience brittle old Asian dude named I think Lee came out to repair my screen we after he touch it camera never worked the same it would shake Fast forward here I am insurance sends me there to get my screen repaired an they are so unorganized they put someone else’s broken screen on my phone an when I got there just screen was “defective” I said are you sure you didn’t break it putting it on he said no it was defective said mine was the only iPhone xsmax he repaired that day ..... well... read more

I had advised you to contact Asurion, your insurance to let them know about the issue so they can further assist or replace the device at no additional charge but you were being a little difficult. You didn’t want to call Asurion. This time, the screen that Asurion sent to us was defective, we have no control over the part they send us to repair your iPhone. Went there twice to get my kids two iPad fix due to there screen cracked and They were able to fix it also gave me a reasonable price for both. Thank you guys :)
They have been not only helpful, but nice, too. Every issue has been fixed, and its all been done timely. I have a handful of new issues (thanks kids 🙂 ) and am confident that The Cell Phone Doctor can resolve them all.

Cell phone doctor replaced the antenna on my iPhone 6. The WiFi and Bluetooth are now working as they should. They did a great job and the price was good. I would recommend them.
