WOW. New tenant here and literally cannot move in because the elevator is broken. Even though I was told by a leasing agent the elevator generally doesn't go down, tenants told me otherwise and I unfortunately continue to experience it. It went down the day I got my keys, went down the day I TRIED TO MOVE IN and is still down...IT'S BEEN THREE DAYS. My property is just sitting outside and I'm in an Airbnb. Just adding my account to the MANY other terrible accounts already posted here. This property went through at least 8 property managers in the 12 months I lived here. They overcharged me for pet fees throughout the entirety of my lease and never replied to my messages asking for correction until month 10. They corrected the charges to far, but did not fix their system which continued overcharging me. The entire PMC Property Management Group has shady business practices! They will rush you to get into the unit and then do a switch and bait once you pay. Do not recommend. Please save your money and move elsewhere!
🚫 DON’T RENT HERE!! They promised to refund my deposit but instead lied that I owed money and even sent a debt collector, which damaged my credit ❌. After you sign and pay, all contact disappears — the office is empty, emails bounce back, and managers keep changing ⚠️. This apartment brings nothing but financial loss, stress, and zero accountability.
