The Cave is Kitchener's first Superhero Themed Gym. We are a gym for people who don't like gyms. We approach this in 2 ways: 1. Making working out fun. From boxing to fun & unique equipment like a tractor tire, sledge hammer, sled, battle ropes and all kinds of other functional fitness equipment equipment. 2. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for people who don't feel comfortable in a commercial gym.
