My reservation for 2 weeks and I discovered the internet is not working and this is a major problem for me since I have work to follow up oversees. When I complained about internet disconnecting I was told we donno could be because we are closing and another told me to stay in lobby to use internet. This is not what has been offered as a service. I am paying heafty much for my stay and internet is very important during my stay. We had a lovely stay. Staff was responsive to our needs and very friendly.
Have stayed here twice... Both times we loved it... Great service and great continental breakfast...very satisfied customer
It was clean n quite during check in. We stayed one night. It was really close to the hospital. However, there was a super loud sound either from a air condition unit or water pipes. I have no clue. You can hear everything inside your room. Most of the night we clearly heard our nieghbors conversation outside. The beds are uncomfortable. We didnt eat or swim. Just tried to sleep. That didnt happen. The bathroom was very dated n soap scrum in the tub. We didnt bathe. It was gross.
The Cavalier Inn fit what we were looking for perfectly. We wanted a place with a pool and in walking distance from the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, with one exception. The air conditioning unit is horribly loud! So loud it interrupted our sleep both nights and is annoying when trying to watch TV. When we mentioned it to the lady working the front desk, her response was, "oh, we get that complaint from a lot of people.
