Kiana is absolutely amazing! This was my very first wax, and I showed up super nervous. She immediately calmed my nerves and walked me through the entire process, making sure I was educated and comfortable before I even got on the table. She checked in on me constantly throughout to ensure I was doing okay. The whole thing was quick, easy, and surprisingly comfortable—even in such a vulnerable position. I’ll definitely be coming back! Kiana is an incredible waxer and an amazing person.
I wanted to do my due diligence and looked at several different spots since it was my first time. After speaking to a few professionals, I finally chose one. Unfortunately, she canceled on me last minute and I luckily found Kiana, who was able to put me in the next day.
