I am a fearful patient and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Badilla, his practice, and his staff. 5 stars all the way. They made me feel welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend.
I prefer email communication as I am clear, pleasant, & don't need to have a pen & paper available; in addition to being placed on hold multiple times; due to software programs, I assume. I could write the wrong dates down, etc., due to my concussions starting at age 3. Dr. Badilla & staff are always awesome to me on my medical trips from a moonbase furthur north by 5 hours. Had an eye enucleation this AM. The whole team(s) were awesome. I may not sleep well for awhile, but so far, so great! Looking forward to follow-up, & meeting an ocularist in several weeks. I deleted my rant about past years, & decades with previous ophthalmologists; mostly, their ADMIN departments, & not offering me this option. I have hopefully moved on to a better present & future. Dr Jaime Badilla He is a Healing Angel for me , he has done four procedures for my condition. Listen and explained everything so patiently. His knowledge is 10 star and personality is calm caring and heart touching. He makes you feel better even just how he talks with you. Highly recommended
