I went to see Catalina with quite a bit of pain. She did a remarkable job of assessing my needs, working out the problem areas, and when I left I was about 50% reduced in pain. By the next day I was back to about 90% normal and within another day, pain free! Highly recommended.

By far, the best massage experience I’ve ever had, she communicates really well to make sure you get what you want, is professional, and does a great job. I came in for severe neck pain that I couldn’t get to go away by myself and was keeping me up at night for weeks making me really tired during the day. I walked in with a pain level of 8 and left with a 2 and was able to get a good night of sleep. I would 100% recommend

There’s not enough words to describe what this woman has done to change my life. I went to her for my first session and the greatness started from the first minute. She made me feel comfortable, told me her every move and named every muscle. She proceeded to tell me how to recover and what I needed to maintain. Not only was the conversation good but she has great stories that correlate with the treatment she’s giving you. I highly recommend Catalina and will continue to see her as long as I am able. Thank you!
