Thank you for the most compassionate and caring Dr and staff of the Cat Hospital. This was the most painful decision I've had to make. Thank you for your gentle way of giving my beautiful 17 year old kitty the peace she needed. I am STILL grieving but you gave me strength to say goodbye. I will never forget her nor your kindness.

If you want your precious kitty to spend her last few hours of life, in wretched pain due to uneducated staff... then this is the best place to go! If you would like to see visual proof from the summary, please feel free to contact me. How does diatomaceous earth translate into deet? Which then requires a full bath while they know the kitty is dying?!?!

Business response:

Cheryl, I am very sorry for your loss. I know how difficult it is to lose a beloved pet. I was the vet who treated Callie and remember her situation well. I cannot publicly discuss the details of her case here, but I do remember she was in an extremely poor and urgent condition when she arrived to us, and we stabilized her, warmed her, and transferred her to a 24 hour facility to begin a blood transfusion.

Since switching from another vet my husband and I are very happy with the love and care the staff have given our 2 cats. They are compassionate and love the cats they treat. I have never heard or read anything negative about this clinic. I have and will continue to recommend this place to anyone with cats.
