I have been taking my cats there for 16 years. The team is woderful. They are helful, kind and patient. i recently moved away and believe me I wish I could take them all with me. Dr Quest is a fantastic vet. I would recommend her to any cat owner.

We have/ had 3. My little girl Roxie crossed the bridge last Nov with the help from the Cat Hospital. I'm glad she didn't suffer long. They also helped my Dusty girl with kidney crystals. Wonderful staff.

I just picked up Winston and Salem today. They are home now and so calm after boarding. I found the staff to be caring and real cat lovers.

In my nearly hopeless battle with summer fleas, I turned to Dr. Quest who prescribed a regimen that saved the day (the year really). Our cats and home thank you!

Business response:

Thank you for your honest review! We will continue to strive to meet and exceed your expectations!

This is the best office I've ever worked with, hands down! Dr Quest takes great care of our family's cats and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is covered and that she is communicating with us consistently. She is highly knowledgeable and very passionate about what she does, and I know that Phoebe, Lucy, and Minnie are receiving the very best care possible. The entire staff treats my cats as if they are their own, too..after Phoebe had to stay the night a few days, many of them told me stories about Phoebe whi... read more

Basic. This “hospital” Can not handle a crisis at all. Some of the staff Lack the empathy. This “hospital” Can’t manage elderly cats. Peekaboo was quickly diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma by another vet. Sadly it was too late. Patty is the kindest person there and can firmly handle difficult situations without dismissing the love we have for our pets. Most of the rest of the staff could really learn a thing or two from her.

Business response:

Ms. Strobel, I want to start off by extending our condolences to you and your family. It is always difficult losing a loved one. Unfortunately, it appears as though we did not meet your expectations during your last visit for which we sincerely apolo…See More

Business response:

Ms. Colao, I hope all is well. I am sorry you felt as though your expectations were not met. We try to meet and exceed everyone’s expectations on a daily basis. With this being said, we are limited to the number of appointments we can schedule each day. Thus, if someone calls with an emergency or needs urgent care, we are willing to work them into a fully booked schedule but we have to take into consideration the time of everyone who called, weeks in advance, to schedule an appointment as well. Thank you for your understandi... read more
