About this business
We are the only cat hospital in British Columbia east of Vancouver. We are a full service hospital offering annual and illness exams, orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries (including spays/neuters), emergency exams, dental care, complete diagnostic services and much more. Dr. Sandy, our head veterinarian, has over 40 years’ experience and has worked extensively to create a cat-friendly and owner-friendly environment. Our goal is to help owners enrich their cat's lives and help cats live long healthy lives.

I hate that I've had to come back to change my review, but a change of vet warranted it. The staff here are amazing. They really do care and treat cats with so much love. I have lost all faith in the current vet (Dr Puri) I brought my cat in for a tooth extraction and she took out 3. I'm not convinced all 3 needed to come out, but you want to trust the "experts ". Dr Sandi leaving has been very unfortunate, not the same.
The only people i trust with my cat in this town. Very well trained, extremely likeable staff. Every cat they see they care for like its their own & i really admire that.
I initially brought all my cats here because I enjoyed the care they received and pleased with the knowledge. However, my senior cat was being investigated for kidney failure so I was doing all the things, switching her food etc. One day I went to purchase food she was enjoying after a few samples and the receptionist was adamant that the food was not necessary for her. I said are you sure? She had blood tests done and I was told to switch her over asap. She kept saying nope we don't have that on her file she doesn't need it... read more
