About this business
We are the only cat hospital in British Columbia east of Vancouver. We are a full service hospital offering annual and illness exams, orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries (including spays/neuters), emergency exams, dental care, complete diagnostic services and much more. Dr. Sandy, our head veterinarian, has over 40 years’ experience and has worked extensively to create a cat-friendly and owner-friendly environment. Our goal is to help owners enrich their cat's lives and help cats live long healthy lives.

3 different vets over past year, overcharged for urinary tests that were NOT performed and NO refunds, cat grooming sub-standard, will NOT recommend business.
This review is long overdue as we've been bringing our cats here for many years and having a dedicated cat hospital in town is not something we take for granted. It was sad to say goodbye to Dr. Erin and having to build trust with a new vet was daunting. However, Dr. Puri has shown an incredible amount of compassion and aptitude when it comes to treating our cats. Very strange and uncomfortable experience, I will not go there again.
I hate that I've had to come back to change my review, but a change of vet warranted it. The staff here are amazing. They really do care and treat cats with so much love. I have lost all faith in the current vet (Dr Puri) I brought my cat in for a tooth extraction and she took out 3. I'm not convinced all 3 needed to come out, but you want to trust the "experts ".
