We have a 9 year old mini dachshund named Baxter who had awful teeth and an active infection so we were super pleased to find out that the former cat hospital literally 2 blocks from my home was now accepting dogs for treatment. They were caring, did not make me feel guilty about the state of Baxter's teeth and took immediate action. Wonderful people, great care, friendly and accommodating.
Terrible experience. The front desk staff were kind, but the practice manager is cold, unempathetic, and dismissive. You are in the wrong career!!!! We will NEVER return and would not trust them with any pet.
3 different vets over past year, overcharged for urinary tests that were NOT performed and NO refunds, cat grooming sub-standard, will NOT recommend business.
