Had my first visit with Cat Doctors last week. Dr Hannah was excellent. She did a thorough examination and gave practical advice about teeth brushing and caring for our little babe. Today I received a welcome letter and a present (little toy mouse). My cat is usually disinterested in toys but she has not stopped playing with this thing! Great customer service and genuine people. They love cats - what more do you need to know!
Since I adopted Biscotti five years ago, I've been taking him to Dr. Sam Balsom. He is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, and he has always taken excellent care of my cat. 😺 A year ago, my husband gifted me another cat, Latte. Because I've always been so happy with Dr. Sam, I trusted him to take care of her as well. I couldn't be happier with the care they both receive. Can't thank or recommend the team enough at The Cat Doctors! Pickles - the Queen of Sass - somehow broke a toe at 3am one morning and it required amputation. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and informative throughout this process. Hopefully her 3am antics have come to an end :D
I honestly can’t thank The Cat Doctors team enough. At the end of last year, our kitten Latte was diagnosed with FIP, which was every new cat parent’s worst nightmare. Thanks to the team’s quick diagnosis, Latte was able to start treatment immediately. Looking back now, I truly believe that acting quickly made all the difference.
