This place should be shut down. I took my cat here for an allergy-related eye irritation she gets from time to time. We just moved to a new climate with some of her allergens. The first sign of worry was arriving for my initial appointment on time, then being told my appointment was an hour ago. I always have a calendar open when I make appointments and repeat the time and date and have never had an issue. I was terribly disturbed, when I witness 2 women leaving this place today, with what looked like an 911. They were carrying a lifeless cat, that looked like it was convulsing. I was unsure of what I heard. It sounded like this place, delayed the cat's treatment or something. I was sitting in my car and noticed a commotion coming from this place. RecommendedExcellent service.. Heidi was playing dual roles today and did a great job.
Unfortunately my Pyewacket was not meant to make it what happened was so fast ,but, Dr Diaz pulled out everything to try and save him. I only had 4 years i feel robbed of time,it's never easy to let go, but , Dr Diaz her Vet Teks Trevor and Heidi also did above and beyond and a lot of emotional support from Valarie in the office.The Cat Clinic is the best and I'll never take my Cats anywhere else.
