Very disappointed!! Mold mold mold beware Over winter break huge mold growth slow to fix then the next month water running down the walls again slow They don’t answer the phones return phone calls when there is a problem still waiting for return call
Overall, the place is okay. Breakfast is not the best, but lunch and dinner are pretty good! They offer a variety of food during those times including dessert, so thats a plus. However, there are some bugs sometimes. I had cockroaches, crickets, ants, ladybugs, etc. Despite keeping my room pretty clean. I think its a structural thing. The place is also full of a lot of people who like to party/ yell but if you keep to yourself or dont mind people at all then you should be okay. Ej 10000% made living here a better experience there wasn’t a day that went by that he would check on how my day was and always made sure I left with a smile on my face, he truly lights up the Castilian! 100% recommend living here, going to miss it here!
EJ truly made my experience at the Castilian special. Every morning and afternoon I would see him in the dining hall and he would always say hi. Soon we were always hearing about each others day. Not only does he always do his job super well, he does it with a smile on his face and amazing attitude. I was so glad I met EJ he truly is an amazing person. I’ve also only heard fantastic things about him from others. Thank you EJ for all that you do and how impactful you have been on my time at Castilian!!!
EJ and ALL staff are so caring, it makes us feel at home!
