BEWARE! This week, a security officer called my husband a F-ing "N"-word in the lobby. The office has been extremely unapologetic. They said the security officer would be removed from his position but he's still here. Absolutely horrendous. We're making direct complaints to corporate as the front office is made of people who don't do their jobs and don't care about other people. They're caddy and rude. Can't wait to leave.

We had to relocate for career purposes and I have to say, finding another community like The Case is impossible! Truly, I could not find anything like it where we live now. We were totally spoiled! We had no intention to leave and planned to renew the lease! Nothing compares and We miss our old home EVERY DAY! Our leasing agent was Cindy and we adored her! Love living here. Close to all the action in Deep Ellum. Good bar, great gym. Not sure if I even need a car anymore.
Where to start? The staff are super caring and so friendly as are the neighbors! My husband and I are meeting new ppl every day. Living here is a blast!!
First off, the STAFF. All the staff were excellent. Cindy really, really was super great. So helpful in so many ways. Five stars. This building is simply put...INCREDIBLE. Good to be home. Highly recommended.
