Stephen and Jordan went above and beyond during the application process and making sure everything was communicated and that they could help us find our new home as easy as possible with the pandemic challenges. It is a private community within a city. The grounds are well taken care of, and care is given to keeping leaves and other debris blown off from our breezeways and the parking lot. I find the colors of buildings pleasant, and the plant life beautiful. The apt. has a good floor plan. There are handicapped accessible apts with wide doorways and bathroom. I love living here. I have always considered the office workers professional and courteous. I am grateful to have a nice apt. to live in. The maintenance men are friendly and professional in their repairs. No one wants to see rents escalate, but keeping the community in shape costs money .Thank you to all of you for a nice place to live.
I love my apt. The bedroom is huge, I live right by the pool and playground and the office staff and maintenance has been awesome! I really do suggest this place if you are looking for a good 1 bdrm
