Issues are not resolved with dryer or dishwasher
Lies. Misleading. Multiple charges for the same amenity, trash fairies are trash, rent is way to high for the quality of living provided becauae this "luxury apartment" is NOT luxurious at all. The best part about it as a pond that nobody cares about. That pond could have been space for an actual dog park but instead we got a 12ft long by 6ft wide, fenced in patch of grass. I have at the Cascades over 5 years. My only complaint is the amount of litter around bushes and the breeze ways and stairs. People have no respect for the community when they litter.
Nice place. But no water pressure.
Cascades refused to fix my AC unit leading to a $500 month light bill for 9 months straight. I was either too cold or too hot depending upon the outside environment. Not only that, they fine and fee you into financial crisis. I paid luxury prices but felt like I lived in a low income situation. The water pressure was horrible, something broken every week from the toilets to the dish washer. It was the most horrible living experience to date.
