I love the cascades my place to live!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute robbery for what it is. You find out about more and more surprises the longer you stay. No one will tell you half these apartments burned down about 6 years ago. Maintenance will be required at your unit about once or twice every month. You’re not allowed to have more than two guests. You’re not allowed to use the community room they show you past 5 pm or with more than two guests. No bbq grills. Have a cat? It’s a $500 deposit along with a monthly charge. Like a... read more
