I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The unit was infested with rats 🐀, and even though I submitted multiple work orders, the problem was never fixed. The washing and drying machines are almost always broken or jammed, and they rarely work properly. Update: Casas copy paste reply is PURELY for optics- the reality is they are actively ignoring my direct communication and concerns AND putting me through hell. They had lawyers send me letters, although NO legit case. I’ve been advised to communicate via email (they’ve lied about me) - they have ignored for months to this day. They were attempting to kick me out with false legal notices, and targeting. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Horrible business practices that fumble and fudge up rent ledgers, and give tenants inaccurate balance due notices through EMAIL, TEXTING YOUR PHONE, and PLACED ON YOUR DOOR. If you look at the reviews, most, if not all the 4+ star ratings are from people who only toured the place. Very poor response times and communication from leasing office. For the amount you pay per month, no utilities included at all. Water and trash monthly payments go up all the time since it is allocated between everyone. So even if you hardly use water, that will be up every month. Laundry rooms are very small and only 6 washer and dryers per buildings. Bad business practice hidden underneath a fake façade of "don't you worry", "we got you" "everything's being taken care of" I've lived at The Casas for a bit now, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply frustrating and stressful.
