Great prices quality wash
This place is completely pathetic. I had my car washed a couple of months ago and it left circles scratches the whole entire way up and down both sides of my brand new car. I have been a member at the car wash for over two years now since it opened and this is the way they treat me. I went in and spoke with somebody and they told me to take it to this detailer to have the scratches removed and they would pay. Do not take your vehicle here. it does not wash it it leaves spots and it will scratch the hell out of it...
i highly recommend carwash at faxon
Was great when it first opened. but the carwash wasn't serviced and now it does lousey job. You can get a better carwash at the touch free carwash for less money. The brushes are wore out and it left marks on my truck.
I used this car wash two times in the last month and have not been satisfied either time. Last month it left soap all down the passenger side of my vehicle and the wheel and tire scrubber does a terrible job. Terrible results again this time as I can see streaks on the outside of the windows from the brushes, wheel and tire scrubber did a terrible job again. This time leaving some sort of Gunk all over my left front tire. I brought it home and washed it myself.
I tried getting my car washed 2 times this week and you guys are closed, I pay monthly are you refunding a week that you have been closed or what?
Have been taking my car to this carwash for years. I got a new car in the past few months and took my car through this carwash. There are circular scratches all down the side of my car, which could have only come from the carwash at Faxon. Filed a claim, which was said to be ‘being processed.’ After a few weeks, the manager called me and told me they would work on it at their garage and make it better.
