We hired The Carvajal Group in 2021 to get a tenant for my 84 year old mother's property. They got us a renter and 4 1/2 months later They wanted out of the lease. I called jim @ TCG and let him know what was going on and he didn't say anything that he was in the process of selling or getting into the process of selling them that house. 2 of the three tenants closed on the house the following month. Your tenants we helped place in your home to rent came to us later to purchase an investment property, which we did help them with. The tenants subsequently broke their lease with you after filing for divorce from each other and the tenants all moved back to New Jersey, is our understanding. When the tenants left, you as the owner hired us to get you new tenants, which we did. The tenants at no point had any intention of nor did they move into their investment property we helped them buy. The tenants never told us they had a... read more
