I've shipped with The Cartridge Shoppe before and never noticed anything odd. This time was different, however. I went in today to ship a laptop I had just sold on eBay. I generally do all my shipping via USPS pickups at my house using PayPal ShipNow and a postal scale, and I only really go to The Cartridge Shoppe if I'm shipping something more expensive that I need better packaging for or if I don't have any packaging available at my disposal.
