Huge thank you to the Carter Group. I was in a tough spot and they really came through for me. They helped me sell my home in the Smokies for top dollar, quickly and most importantly very smooth. As an out of state owner, you are putting a lot of trust in someone to help you and they came through with flying colors.
Appraised my home about 25k below market value. Appraised at 325k had a licensed appraiser Appraise property, they suggested 354k. Very disappointed in Carter Realty. I knew just from looking at other homes in my area that my home should be at least 350k. Also, Saunders realty Appraised my house at 355k. Have to start all over now, can't afford to lose 25k. Better get a third party appraisal if you use these people.
We had the best Realtor. Very friendly and truly wants to help you get into your dream home! Kept us in the loop and made sure we reached the finish line! 1000% recommend
