RecommendedI love the Carter so much. This property is very classy and I always think of it as The Four Seasons of residential high rises in Houston. The staff is always so kind and professional and the manager Erica is one of the best I have ever gotten to work with. They know the ins and outs of the property and are very accommodating. The building smells amazing and the property is so clean and the decor is stunning.Thank you to everyone at The Carter for always giving me such a great experience!
I've lived her for almost two years now, and I can tell you this place is always broken. Today, for instance, of the three resident elevators, only one is working. An elevator mechanic was just here last week! The "speed door" for the garage has literally been busted more days than it's worked. Oh, and the ceiling in my really fancy shower looks like it's about to fall in again. That was just "fixed" a few months ago. Don't get me started on the "24 hour" concierge. Looking for an apartment after losing my home to Harvey, I found The Carter, it's stunning. Oscar has been so helpful and understanding with all the leasing info. I hope to move in by the end of this month and very excited about my new place. Hope to meet lots of new people neighbors and dog neighbors, since I also just lost my 10yr old French Bulldog this past week. Would love to be surrounded by Frenchies, that would sure help after these terrible last few months. See you all soon,
Lincoln Property Management Company--Nasty property management company. Leasing company the worst ever!
Hurricane Harvey forced our move into the CARTER. Couldn't have hoped for a better temporary home while our house undergoes renovations. The building is beautiful and the staff is wonderful and accommodating. This feels like home. I'm afraid we're enjoying our stay a little too much and am dreading the day when we must move back to our permanent home address. In the meantime we'll just keep enjoying the scenery, the great neighboring restaurants, and nearby shopping hubs in the downtown/museum district.
