Moving out of this property has drastically improved my quality of life, which says a lot. We spent over six months fighting with management just to get working electricity throughout our unit. We did not have an operational door, and while my husband was going through cancer treatment that ULTRA sucked because we would have to figure out how to manually open the garage door to park (there were not other places to park on the premises). This apartment complex has significantly declined, failing to live up to its family-friendly advertisements due to pervasive issues. Residents constantly struggle with horrible parking, making it nearly impossible to have guests or accommodate more than one or two vehicles, even if they're on the lease. The poor construction means every noise is audible, greatly diminishing comfort, with that being said neighbors are soooo nosy I’ve even seen them peek onto each other’s balcony’s literally no privacy here… while uncontrolled... read more
From day one we’ve had an amazing experience. Maintenance was very welcoming upon our arrival and Sheryl in particular was very helpful with getting our viewing scheduled and ultimately our move-in. After selling our home out of state and moving here, this has so far been a really good experience for us. #happycampers
My boyfriend and I just moved in and have had a fantastic experience with the staff! Everyone is very helpful and patient. I had many questions about the move in process and the property manager Ashley was very kind and helpful. The townhouses are all very modern and spacious. We love our new home and we are very thankful!
Just moved in a few days ago and the staff is very very kind and honest. If you have any issues they will get them sorted out quickly! I love the small community vibe and it’s so brand new spacious and beautifully finished unlike some places that seem like they didn’t rush job on a “renovation” LOVE it here already and so do my kiddos. Love the garage control by app! And that I can have my ring doorbell. The team is very responsive if you have any questions and that’s great considering they just came into new management 🙂
