If I had known what I know now, I would have never hired Nicole Carson. She turned out to be a terrible attorney in my experience. She was unprofessional and consistently had a nasty attitude when speaking with me. I even informed her secretary at Lawyer Up about how rude she was. I wish I read the reviews before moving forward with this firm. Nicole Carson is extremely unprofessional. She was rude from the very beginning and made false promises. I reached out to her over a month ago and was told I would be receiving a draft within the next 2 - 3 days, it is now 4 weeks later and I still have not received anything. I sent multiple messages and many phone calls, all gone unreturned. Save yourself the time, energy, and money, and find yourself a different firm to work with.

I was not pleased at all with the service provided by attorney Carson. She did not keep any commitments. The only energy I ever got from her was when she was trying to get my retainer fee. after that she never kept her word. When I questioned her on the poor service and broken commitments she got rude with me. I was lucky to get my money back and move on.

I just got a call for a consultation and had the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a review, but this experience needs one. She got on the phone and I was explaining my situation. Every time I would say anything or begin to ask a question she would cut me off and talk over me. VERY VERY RUDE EXPERIENCE with Nicole Carson! I guess anyone can obtain a degree in law. This was by far the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. As an attorney, you are supposed to lead with some type of respect for your clients, not scream and talk over them like a buffoon on the phone. Please take note of your actions, and do better.
