We ordered a dish garden for a funeral. The small print stated that similar plants may be used. We attended the service from out of town and I was disappointed to see that Carriage House delivered a peace lily that was much less in price than our original order selection. I gave one star because that is the lowest option. Please do better in the future.

This flower shop was fantastic and the flower’s were beautiful. I was so pleased with the customer service, I did the order online and felt confident it would be exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend The Carriage House Florist for your future orders.

I wish 0 stars was an option.. Paid over 100 Dollars for flowers.. No delivery, Getting someone on the phone is like going to the dentist getting wisdom teeth removed and they forgot to knock you out.. Painful.. I just want my money back but cant get ahold of anyone.. They steal your money.. Guess I will have to go up there physically and get my money back. If they grow their flowers like they do their business everything will be dead.

My husband paid $131 to send me flowers today! The gesture was amazing because he's an amazing person! They were delivered from Springfield to Ridgetop a 22 min drive (I googled it). The flowers are not $131 worth of flowers. I feel like he was taken complet advantage of and way.. ..way....way over priced! He even called and spoke directly to you because you said you couldn't deliver thar far? He ask for the order to be canceled, however he was charged.
