Carpet Store This store sells good quality carpet from a number of manufacturers. They are very prompt with requests for measurement and with installation. The best part: they stand behind their products 100% and if something is wrong or should go wrong such as a stain that cannot be removed from stain-resistant carpet, they will help with your claim. Jenna is the office manager and is very nice and efficient. (There is also another store on Merrilee Drive in Annandale, VA).
Drivers drive erratically while on the phone in rush hour. When the company is informed they brush it off.
We recently used Carpet Yard to install a small amount of carpet in an office suite. Regardless of the fact the job was very small, they treated us as though we'd installed multiple floors instead of just one little space. Their courtesy, timeliness and professional approach to the job were very impressive!
