Carpet Tender has been out to our house twice this week, once to roll them up and the second time to inspect them for the manufacturer. The owner Joe knows everything about carpet and they do anything! Re-stretching, burns, repairs, installations...you name it! Great local business and family operated too!
Customer service is not a top priority! Brought my area rug in to be cleaned and was dismissed by the woman helping me, almost as if my business was not needed. Not exactly a family-friendly environment as advertised. Will not return.
My husbands office chair looks like new after the cat made a mess of the leather chair .
