The tech that cleans the rugs called me back and made things right, not the woman at the front desk. They took the rug back and cleaned it again for me and it looks much better, thank you! Had a rug cleaned by this company, left it rolled up because my son was potty training. I unrolled it after about 2 month of it being stored inside the house and the whole rug was full of dog hair, crusty food, and was still matted down and just felt dirty. The rug is 10'x8' and I vacuumed it when I rolled it out and got more than a cup of dirt out of it. I used Carpet Tender for the first time this month and I was definitely impressed! The rug turned out great, the cost was reasonable and the customer service was excellent!!
RecommendedCarpet Tender is by far the best in Reno. I have used many carpet cleaners . And the are 10+ they are efficient kind and helpful which is huge in customer service &! I life!!!!!!!

they always do an incredible job with my rugs, of all sizes. they are friendly, and i always seem to get my rugs back before the date they've told me to expect them. i recommend to everyone!
