If I could give this place zero stars I would. My grandmother was alert and talking with family until the RN gave her a high dosage amount of drugs through her IV that we didn’t approve of. She also added water to the bi pap machine and broke it. My grandmother was without the proper oxygen for hours. The RN name was Lisa. The nurse Erin who took Lisa’s place was rude and didn’t show any compassion when my grandmother passed. She had an attitude the whole shift and was so so ugly with our family.
