They took great care of my dachshund scooter dave who had a terrible mouth disease "CUPS". Dr Gleason was wonderful as were everyone from the front desk everyone we met were very helpful and it is easy to see that they cared about Scooter. It's a full day trip to Charlotte and back to Canton NC. In my opinion well worth the drive for excellent service.
Very caring and compassionate folks. They have taken excellent care of our kitties for many years. Absolutely the best in the Charlotte area.

From check in to check out,the kindness, great service and excellent care are consistent.Great doctors, great staff, great choice!
I have been taking my 14 year old senior kitty for at least 6 years! Always gentle and caring! The girls at the front (Anne and Karen) always listen to my concerns and relay the message to Dr. Chambers before I get there. I know have a new Beagle baby and they all treat my Bella as if she was their own! Dr. Chambers just met Bella and was fabulous at giving me some much needed education being a new puppy Momma! Will stay a loyal client for many years ahead!
