I was disappointed with my experience handling my personal injury case. A settlement offer was accepted before I felt I had clearly provided consent, which caused significant frustration and concern for me. Communication throughout the process did not meet my expectations, and I believe clients should be fully informed and directly involved in all settlement decisions. Very pleased with my experience, awesome people who made me feel that i was taken care of and had my best interest in mind.
