Nick replaced our water heater. He was responsive and explained all that was needed. He was careful to make sure that we had hot water in all faucets before he left. We are extremely satified!

We have been doing business with Carlson for about 20+ years. We will NOt use anyone else. It start with their DAD and now the sons. Love Joe he is caring. Hope he never retires. Everyone at Carlson knows their job and it makes it easy on me to get service. Nick was great in installing the Hot Water heater So was his helper.
Dennis and Leo fixed two of our air conditioners. They were responsive, timely, and very knowledgeable. They always called to let us know they were on the way. In both cases they worked with us to insure the most inexpensive way to make the repairs. We are extremely satified!
