My mom has been here since October. Emeral has been very responsive and attentive to our request and needs. She is service friendly and understands the population on her property. Ray and Ritchie had to come and do work on my mom's apartment and did a phenomenal job. They were quiet, respectful, and cleanup up her space like new. Excellent team here!
Juliana, I'm glad I read your review. evict us based on false accusations from other tenants who do not like people with disabilities. I have a daughter with a disabilities and I would be very upset if that would happen to us. It sad people can be so rude at times,
Although the apartments are actually very nice, halls lit up, stairways and hallways cleaned by an incredibly hardworking maintenance man named, Mike...stay far away from renting these apartments. The manager Debi - gets a $200 commission to hold the apartment via Venmo - which I am checking to see if that is legal. She also threatened to evict us based on false accusations from other tenants who do not like people with disabilities. It took 2 months to get a hard copy of the lease.
