My stay at the Carlton’s move in and out 05/31/2022 + 05/31/2025! management likes to threaten people and the maintenance department is horrible you have the head of maintenance who is unable to fix anything correctly besides that not physically fit to perform the job properly I have photos of where the manger apologized for threatening me also photos of the bathroom cabinets that were rotten before I moved into the unit in one photo and the other is after he fixed that we pay good money and not for patch up work
I must express my regret for leaving my neighbors. The maintenance and management of the property have been a source of stress for me. When issues arise, it takes an excessive amount of time to obtain necessary parts. Furthermore, I have never encountered a manager who has threatened me, only to apologize via text message. Thank you to the property manager for a tour of property I love it and the people who I meet where so friendly yes it the place you would love to live of your latter days well secured place.I hope they put me on there waiting list.Thank you again to the property manager.
